Warren is an industry veteran with over 30 years experience selling custom window treatments to the trade. He joined Tentina in 1994 and brought with him extensive product knowledge. Because Warren has "hands on" experience installing all types of window treatments, including shutters and motorized product, he is able to help his dealers increase their product mix and profitability by sharing his knowledge with them and making them feel confident selling out of their comfort zones. He also recognizes the value of selling a branded product and engaging our dealers in alliance programs that can bring many benefits to their business.

Judy Llewellyn

Judy is a sales veteran with 35 years of experience in the window fashions industry. She spent 25 years in the retail arena and the last 10 as an account executive with Tentina Window Fashions. Her retail experience gives her insight into her dealer's needs and makes her a strong, credible advocate for her dealers. Judy knows the importance of using every promotional tool available to retailers to help grow their businesses. She also has a keen talent for giving helpful merchandising and showroom design advice along with a complete understanding of the products, and programs available. All which make her a great source of information to her dealers.

Tom Matuza

Tom is a true veteran with 24 years of experience selling custom window treatments. He joined the Tentina team in 2003. Not only does Tom have extensive product knowledge, but also carries with him a vast knowledge of his territory's market and what his dealers need. He is a tenacious partner when it comes to helping his dealers with training, ordering or problem solving. Tom knows that the window treatment industry in the northeast has changed over the years and he works with his dealers to help them to maximize the opportunities that come with selling a branded product.

Jim Barry

Northern New Jersey & Rockland County, NY - extension 704

Jim has over 7 years experience as an account executive in the custom window treatment industry. He is a well versed sales executive with experience as an expert installer and retail store owner for eight years prior to his career change. Jim is anxious to lend his expertise to dealers by training them to sell and install the complete line of Hunter Douglas window treatments. Jim also plans to help dealers grow their business by making sure they take advantage of all of the selling and marketing tools available from Hunter Douglas.

Debbie Brown

Southern New Jersey & Staten Island, NY - extension 704

With over 20 years experience in the window covering industry, Debbie brings an enormous amount of sales and customer service expertise to the Tentina Window Fashions Family, which she joined in 2001. With her background in Business Management, and the real-life experience she gained from owning her own drapery and window treatment business she brings extensive, true knowledge to the job. Debbie's genuine desire to have a positive impact on her dealers’ business success is apparent in her professional approach and her personal commitment to sales support, service and follow-up.

Kevin Lavery

Pennsylvania - extension 700

Kevin has over twenty years experience in the window treatment industry. He owned his own retail business selling all types of window treatments including being certified to sell; install and trouble shoot several brands of custom shutters. He used his "hands on" experience when he joined the fabrication side of the business in 1999 and had the opportunity to use his knowledge and skills developing training programs for inside staff and retail customers alike. Kevin knows the advantages of selling a branded product in challenging times and differentiating yourself from the competition.
